# BidOps

BidOps is a written, asynchronous RFP analysis service for consulting firms in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

It works from RFPs, Ausschreibungen, Leistungsverzeichnisse (LV), Fragebögen, PDFs, DOCX files, old offers, case studies, CVs, and standard text modules.

It returns:
- a compliance matrix (status, owner, deadline, proof source, gate type);
- a missing-proof list;
- bid-chain risks (how missing items combine into rejection paths);
- a bid cut-set (the minimal set of interventions that breaks the critical chains);
- questions to the buyer, tied to specific gates;
- an answer draft (DOCX, track-changes, from your own materials);
- a Go / Conditional Go / No-Go decision with reasons.

Principles:
- No calls are required. Review happens in writing, by email.
- No system integration is required for the first diagnostic.
- Artifact-first: you send a sanitized document or excerpt by email, you receive written artifacts.
- Evidence-gated: every claim is tied to a source in your materials.
- Exportable: all deliverables export to CSV/DOCX. No lock-in.

- BidOps Preview — free sample report and email-based diagnostic entry.
- Diagnostic Lite — EUR 490–750, 1 RFP, matrix excerpt + top risks + cut-set, no draft.
- Pilot — EUR 1,500–3,000, 1 RFP end-to-end.
- Core Monatsplan — EUR 999/month, up to 4 RFPs/month.
- Team Monatsplan — EUR 1,999/month, shared library, higher limits.
- Pro Monatsplan — EUR 2,999/month, priority handling / concierge / backup operator.

Not for:
- legal procurement advice (Vergaberecht);
- guaranteed win probability;
- procurement-law opinions;
- full proposal management delivered by workshop or call.
